For Each Value

This activity performs additional activities on token values that have been returned or generated by a previous activity in your workflow definition. For instance, you could retrieve all the values in a multi-value E-mail Address field using the Retrieve Field Values activity, then use the field value token from that activity to send an e-mail to each address in the field. You must define which values this activity will be performed on.

To add this activity to a workflow definition

• Drag it from the Toolbox Pane and drop it in the Designer Pane.

To configure this activity

1. Drag and drop the activities to perform on each value into this activity.
2. Select the activity in the Designer Pane to configure the following property boxes in the Properties Pane.
   
   
   • Activity Name
   • Activity Description 
   • Select Values
